We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will be available at the front desk and on our website.

Guests are asked to dress appropriately in public areas and not bring illegal substances, weapons, or explosives into the hotel. Guests are asked to inform the hotel if they have visitors, and to register visitors who are approved to stay overnight (depends on room max occupancy). A fee will be charged for each extra visitor staying overnight.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.
Please familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures located on the back of your room door.
Lost and Found:
Items found in the hotel will be kept for 30 days. Please contact the front desk if you believe you have left something behind.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the credit card on file.
Hotel Refund Policy
Purpose:
To outline the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for cancellations or changes to hotel reservations.
Policy Details:
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Notice Period: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit or prepayment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not show up and do not cancel in advance will be charged for one night's stay. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Rates:
Certain promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable. Guests booking these rates agree to forfeit any refund in case of cancellation or modification.
Early Departure:
If a guest checks out earlier than the original reservation dates, they may be charged for the full length of their stay. Exceptions may apply at the hotel's discretion.
Group Bookings:
For group bookings (e.g., 5 or more rooms), a different cancellation and refund policy may apply. Please contact the hotel's general manager for specific terms.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation or modification is confirmed.
Special Circumstances:
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), guests should contact the hotel directly. The hotel may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
You may be asked to leave the property with no refund if any of our policies are broken.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times, including in common areas. Children in this section are defined as guests aged 17 years and younger.
Free Accommodation for Children 13 & under: Children aged 13 years and younger can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with an adult.
Pets are not allowed in any areas of the hotel. Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injury. There is up to a $250 charge each for breaking the Pet Policy. You may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

Guests are allowed to smoke outside of the property as long as they are away from any entrances and windows and are following local laws and regulations.
The smoke-free hotel policy has received praise from guests and will remain committed to achieving a smoke-free environment. Penalties of up to $250 will apply for any violators. This policy applies to vape and e-cigarette products as well.
